This is a used phone and it won’t come with 100% battery life however it has been tested with a minimum of 80% battery life.
Returns:
– All phones come with a 30 days return. Please ensure that the item is checked and returned within this time frame to qualify for a full refund or replacement.
– If the product is not received in its original condition by us, we will be unable to refund it.
– Please take extra care to package the items carefully to avoid them being broken in transit as we can only refund items in an unbroken and saleable condition.
– Please email us through your purchased item in order to help us respond to you promptly
– Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage
– Refunds are usually processed within a few days of us receiving the item back
Warranty:
– After 30 days you will only be covered under our 1 Year return to base warranty for manufacturing defects only. Accidental and water damage are not covered
